Revenue Management Associate

About the role

The Revenue Management Associate supports the Finance Department by handling returns, pricing discrepancies, and related financial processes. This hybrid role can be performed from any Breakthru Beverage office location.

Key responsibilities

• Process and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy.
• Review, approve, and issue sales pricing and credit adjustments, including depletion allowance chargebacks.
• Manage monthly pricing files for key account teams and resolve discrepancies.
• Review product returns and EDI pricing files for correct pricing.
• Support compliance with chain contracts and PLCB pricing requirements.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; secondary education a plus.
• Results‑oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently or within a team, and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• 10‑key numeric entry by touch.
