Returns Coordinator

About the role

The Returns Coordinator is responsible for tracking invoices, processing returns, and maintaining accurate inventory records for beer keg and other product returns. The role acts as a bridge between the warehouse and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Compile daily delivery tickets, scan them into Synergy, and reconcile missing invoices against manifests.
• Prepare and submit invoices to the Credit Department, ensuring proper backup documentation.
• Create and maintain keg return worksheets, upload data to SAP via Winshuttle, and schedule weekly keg pickups.
• Run reports to validate return accuracy and resolve discrepancies with finance and warehouse staff.
• Maintain vendor contact information and assist with audit data collection.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 2 years of warehouse experience handling inventory.
• Strong data entry, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or within a team, paying close attention to detail.

Required skills
