Operations Administrator

About the role

The Operations Administrator supports all warehouse functions for Breakthru Beverage Group in Minneapolis. This full‑time position handles receiving, data entry, inventory control, and product replenishment while providing excellent service to vendors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the receiving schedule in coordination with purchasing, trade, operations, and carriers.
• Enter daily data into spreadsheets for delivery and operations teams.
• Re‑warehouse product, update WMS and ERP systems, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Perform inventory control tasks, including pick‑volume checks, product relocation, cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Provide customer service to vendors, employees, customers and suppliers via email, phone or in person.
• Assist with additional warehouse and delivery tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or warehouse role.
• Basic PC skills with MS Office and ability to use presentation software.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Ability to operate powered industrial and warehouse equipment.
