Retail Store Supervisor – Full-Time (Commerce, CA)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Store Supervisor to lead the Citadel location in Commerce, CA. You will be a key member of the store management team, driving sales, coaching associates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor and develop store associates to improve productivity and engagement.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.
• Manage shipments and stock replenishment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Enforce Levi’s policies, procedures and compliance standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, kneeling, reaching overhead and climbing ladders.

Required profile

• Previous shipment or inventory experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support, assist and coach team members.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales goals.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible store hours.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to handle physical demands of the role.
