Part-Time Store Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor to join the Citadel location in Commerce, CA. You will work closely with the store management team to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and uphold brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach and mentor associate team members, providing day‑to‑day guidance.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and safety.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming environment.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach store associates.
• Ability to comply with all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and programs.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales goals.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, climb ladders, and move around the store frequently.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 years or older.
