Retail Sales Assistant Manager – Nashville

About the role

As an Assistant Boutique Manager at Nespresso’s new Nashville location, you will partner with the Boutique Manager to drive sales, profitability, and an exceptional coffee experience. You will lead a team of baristas, ensure operational excellence, and represent Nespresso’s culture of caring, acting, and innovating.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the boutique by delivering outstanding customer service, sharing coffee expertise, and creating a welcoming environment.
• Inspire and coach the team to meet sales and service targets through daily communication, feedback, and mentorship.
• Oversee inventory, scheduling, visual merchandising, and store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with brand standards.
• Plan and execute community events and initiatives that increase brand awareness and attract new customers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of management experience in a fast‑paced or luxury retail setting.
• 2+ years supervising multiple direct reports and developing talent.
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Availability to work open/close shifts, weekends, and holidays.
