Retail Promotions Manager

About the role

Lead a team of field promoters in retail and event spaces to drive lead generation and local awareness for Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company. You will recruit, train, coach, and motivate your team while representing the brand face‑to‑face.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of field promoters in retail and event spaces to drive lead generation and local awareness.
• Recruit, staff, train, coach and motivate your team.
• Attend weekly meetings with the management team.
• Provide reporting and ROI metrics to meet or exceed business objectives.
• Serve as the public face of Mad City, communicating directly with customers.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and weekend availability.
• Experience in face‑to‑face marketing, canvassing or promoting (a plus).
• Prior leadership experience and proven ability to build high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach for extended periods (6–8+ hours/day).
