Retail Operations Manager

About the role

The Retail Operations Manager will be based in Gucci's New York corporate office and report to the Director of Retail Operations, Americas. This high‑visibility position leads end‑to‑end execution of new store openings, renovations, pop‑ups and region‑wide operational programs across the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Own project delivery for new stores, remodels, pop‑ups and strategic initiatives such as RFID, MPOS, POS, BOP and Runner Booster.
• Partner daily with Retail, MIS, Inventory Control, Legal, Logistics, Loss Prevention, Training, After‑Sales, CRM, Merchandising, Store Planning and Business Planning teams.
• Develop and maintain a regional analytics dashboard that serves as the single source of truth for sales and cost insights.
• Drive operational excellence in inventory and staffing (back‑of‑house/front‑of‑house) across the United States, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Chile and the Caribbean.
• Coordinate and align regional Operations Managers on shared objectives and scalable solutions.
• Create and codify SOPs, user guides and training programs to accelerate onboarding and best‑practice adoption.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience turning data into actionable narratives.
• Proven track record managing multi‑site retail projects in a fast‑paced, luxury environment.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders at regional and global levels.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑centric approach.
