Retail Keyholder – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Keyholder to join the team at the Camarillo Premium Outlets store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help deliver an exceptional shopping experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities and meeting store performance goals.
• Assist with product placement, visual merchandising, and maintaining store operations.
• Coach and train team members on Levi’s selling practices and customer service standards.
• Handle store opening/closing duties, including cash handling and key management.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance targets.
• Embraces Levi’s values of originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and performance.

Required skills

• Customer‑focused communication.
• Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
• Ability to coach and train retail staff.
