Retail Brand Ambassador – Full‑Time, Weekends Required

About the role

Renuity is seeking enthusiastic Retail Brand Ambassadors to represent its home‑improvement brand in stores and at events across the Tampa Bay area. This full‑time position requires weekend availability and offers a pathway to sales or management roles.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Renuity products and services to prospective and existing customers during in‑store marketing campaigns, events, and tradeshows.
• Deliver engaging, face‑to‑face sales presentations highlighting product quality, installation expertise, and customer care.
• Maintain a professional on‑site presence at multiple locations throughout the region.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Highly developed interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious, and comfortable working in a performance‑driven environment.
• Confident public speaker who thrives on human interaction.
• Ability to work flexible rotating shifts, including weekends.
