Restaurant Support Manager

About the role

Oregano’s Pizza Bistro is expanding and seeks energetic Support Managers to lead daily restaurant operations and champion guest experiences across its Arizona locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage shift staffing, conduct pre‑shift meetings, and enforce service standards.
• Coach and develop team members, participate in hiring, and work to reduce turnover.
• Perform line checks, ensure 100% recipe compliance, and uphold food safety and HACCP requirements.
• Address guest concerns promptly and ensure each dish meets quality expectations.
• Maintain detailed administrative records, including shift notes, HACCP logs, and staff reviews.

Required profile

• Previous high‑volume restaurant management experience preferred.
• Ability to work a 55‑hour week, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license, food safety/alcohol certifications, and capacity to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb.
• Pass background check (credit, driving, criminal).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using POS systems such as Aloha, OLO, and Compeat Radar.
