Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and orient Team Members and Shift Leads, and run a training plan for Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders and Team Member Trainers
• Award recognition regularly and foster equity, inclusion and belonging
• Resolve conflicts quickly and personally handle customer issues
• Schedule staff, coach the management team on CHAMPS standards and lead product rollout meetings
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget and pursue profitability
• Monitor competitors and improve digital presence and loyalty programs

Required profile

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong people-management track record
• Proven ability to improve performance through P&L analysis
• Experience developing people, recruiting top talent and training high- and under-performing employees
• Adaptable to change and supports change management
• Follows corporate policies and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms
• Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication
• Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs
