About the role

Pizza Lucé is seeking an experienced Restaurant Department Manager to lead operations at a suburban location. You will be the Manager on Duty, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

Oversee restaurant operations and guest experience as Manager on Duty.
Hire, train, and develop staff while fostering an inclusive culture.
Manage a key department such as Front of House, Bar, or Delivery.
Partner with the General Manager on scheduling, quality control, and performance feedback.

Required profile

2+ years of full‑service restaurant management experience.
Strong communicator who leads with integrity and empathy.
Reliable, organized, and ready to step in wherever needed.
