About the role

Join the restaurant team at Cafua Management Company as a Crew Member. You will help deliver friendly, fast service and maintain a clean environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and enthusiastic guest service with a positive attitude.
• Prepare and serve products according to Dunkin' Brands guidelines, ensuring speed and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members, respect and support each other, and participate in coaching sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to provide a safe, inviting environment.
• Participate in training opportunities for continuous learning and personal growth.
• Adapt schedule flexibility to meet operational demands of the restaurant.

Required profile

• Entry‑level position; prior experience is not required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lb and stand for 6 + hours.
• Positive attitude, honesty, integrity, and guest‑oriented mindset.
• Dependable with strong work ethic and punctuality.
• Team player who values collaboration and openness to feedback.
• Focus on building positive guest relationships.
