Restaurant Bartender

About the role

Landmark Hospitality is looking for enthusiastic Bartenders to join its diverse restaurant portfolio across the United States. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast‑paced, hospitality‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized bar station and follow all sanitation guidelines.
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve drinks with attentive, courteous service.
• Know and apply alcohol safety and responsible serving guidelines.
• Prepare drinks using the correct garnishes, tools, and recipes for each function.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling, including varied workdays, times, and break periods.

Required profile

• Ability to read and speak English fluently.
• Physical capability to lift, push, and carry 20‑40 lb items and to stand continuously during shifts.
• Flexibility to work in narrow spaces, bend, kneel, and maneuver around seated guests.
• Willingness to adhere to client/facility standards such as grooming, uniform wear, and smoking policies.

Required skills

• Knowledge of alcohol safety and responsible serving guidelines.
• Familiarity with bar garnishes, tools, and complete bar setup.
• Ability to keep service stations neat and follow sanitation standards.
• Understanding of liquor and beverage options to suggest alternatives when needed.
