About the role

The Residences at Rainier Square has an immediate opening for an experienced Resident Services Coordinator. The Coordinator provides effective customer service to prospective and current tenants and supports property staff with resident activities, ensuring a high‑quality living experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, answer and route phone calls, and maintain the guest suite schedule.
• Ensure clubhouse amenities are ready each morning and keep up‑to‑date local area information for residents.
• Coordinate resident functions such as orientation, utility set‑up, package delivery, and newsletter creation.
• Handle resident issues, schedule clubhouse rentals, process maintenance work orders, and inspect building safety and cleanliness.
• Provide clerical support to office staff, including filing, invoice processing, and lease paperwork.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service with the ability to interact with a diverse group of people.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of the local neighborhood to assist residents and guests.
• Proficiency with computers, internet and basic software applications.
