Resident Services Coordinator (Evening Shift)

About the role

The Resident Services Coordinator provides front‑line customer service to prospective and current tenants, supports property staff, and helps create a vibrant community experience during the evening shift.

Key responsibilities

• Orient new residents, assist with utility set‑up, and manage package deliveries and claims.
• Develop and publish the property newsletter featuring events, services, and advertisements.
• Handle resident issues such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and incident reporting.
• Schedule clubhouse rentals, collect fees, and ensure guest suites are ready for use.
• Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents, and compile weekly maintenance reports.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, notifying maintenance of needed repairs.

Required profile

• Experience in hospitality, concierge, or related industry preferred.
• Ability to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays, including on‑call duties.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
