Resident Service Coordinator – Overnight Shift

About the role

The Resident Service Coordinator works overnight to ensure a smooth living experience for residents at Apiary Residence. You will be the primary point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries, coordinating services, and supporting property staff.

Key responsibilities

• Orient new residents, assist with utility set‑up, and manage package deliveries.
• Develop and publish the property newsletter featuring events, services, and advertisements.
• Handle resident issues such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and general inquiries.
• Schedule clubhouse rentals, maintain contracts, collect fees, and provide additional amenities.
• Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents, and compile weekly maintenance reports.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, reporting any repair needs.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work the overnight shift and respond promptly to resident needs.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
• Detail‑oriented and able to produce accurate incident and maintenance reports.
