About the role
We are expanding our remote travel support team and are looking for detail‑oriented professionals to help families plan and book memorable vacations. As a Remote Travel Agent you will work from home, providing organized, friendly service throughout the entire booking process.
Key responsibilities
- Assist families in selecting destinations, resorts, and activities that suit their needs.
- Coordinate bookings for accommodations, transportation, and excursions.
- Offer recommendations for family‑friendly experiences.
- Manage reservations, documentation, and payment processing.
- Maintain clear, supportive communication with clients from inquiry to post‑trip follow‑up.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.

- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
