Remote Technician Recruiter (US Business Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our fully remote team, working US business hours. The focus is on sourcing and hiring technicians across trades such as appliance repair, HVAC, air‑duct cleaning, plumbing and electrical.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft job descriptions.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking and other channels.
• Conduct phone screenings and evaluate candidate fit.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Support employer branding and assist with recruitment campaigns or events.
• Handle scheduling, communications and other administrative recruitment tasks.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR or sales; internships or entry‑level roles are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Willingness to work aligned with Pacific Standard Time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS platforms.
