Remote Spanish Bilingual Healthcare Call Center Representative

About the role

Join a trusted leader in healthcare services as a Spanish‑Bilingual Healthcare Call Center Representative. You will support members, providers, and patients by answering inquiries about Medicare, Medicaid, billing and plan benefits, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls in both Spanish and English covering member services, Medicare, billing and complex product queries.
• Document all interactions accurately and follow established procedures.
• Analyze issues, coordinate service recovery and achieve contact‑center KPIs such as first‑call resolution and member retention.
• Use multiple systems (CRM, EMR/EHR, ticketing platforms) to retrieve and update information.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Minimum two years of customer‑service or healthcare member‑interaction experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM, EMR/EHR and ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of health‑insurance terminology and Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
• HIPAA compliance awareness.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with ≤5% error rate.
