Seller Outreach Representative, Private Client

About the role

You will call small business owners cold, introduce them to BizScout, and ask if they would be open to a conversation about selling their business. Success depends on volume, charm, and relentlessness.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume cold calls to small business owners to introduce BizScout and gauge interest in selling.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential sellers by networking, asking for referrals and sourcing leads beyond the provided list.
• Book qualified meetings with Stephen Brown, Head of Private Client, and earn commission for each meeting and for any resulting sale.

Required profile

• Comfortable making strangers feel at ease within the first ten seconds of a call.
• Resilient to rejection, motivated by avoiding loss and driven to hit daily call targets.
• Self‑starter who shows up ready to perform and can sustain high call volume without burning out.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.
• Ability to build relationships instinctively rather than transactionally.
