About the role
The Remote Recruitment Coordinator supports the hiring process for a fully remote organization. You will act as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth interview experience from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews across time zones.
- Communicate interview details and status updates to applicants and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.
- Assist with recruitment administration tasks, including documentation and reporting.
- Support onboarding coordination for new hires.
- Prepare regular hiring reports and related documentation.
Required profile
- Previous experience in recruiting or HR coordination (preferred).
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
