About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Clerk to join DigiHyre’s remote team. In this role you will support our business development and operations groups by accurately entering and maintaining client and business data in internal systems.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and update business and client‑related information in company databases.
- Review data for accuracy, completeness and consistency, resolving any discrepancies.
- Verify source documents and maintain organized digital records.
- Prepare basic internal reports and documentation as needed.
- Follow data handling, quality and confidentiality standards.
- Meet defined productivity and accuracy benchmarks.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with standard office productivity tools.
- Experience with CRM or database systems (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (preferred).
What we offer
- Fully remote work schedule aligned with US business hours.
- Annual salary ranging from $38,000 to $42,000, based on experience and performance.
