Remote Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting successful project implementation across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes, identify gaps and propose improvement solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
• Create and present reports, charts, and diagrams to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to verify new processes and systems meet business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end‑users on new processes and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with project management software.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (optional but a plus).
