Remote Appointment Setter

About the role

SG Services is seeking motivated Appointment Setters to join its fully remote team. You will help businesses across multiple industries connect with decision‑makers and generate qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers and schedule qualified sales appointments for clients.
• Follow approved outreach strategies, maintain accurate activity records in CRM systems and consistently meet productivity goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn for outreach.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement platforms.
• Computer with minimum 8 GB RAM and Intel i3 processor (or equivalent).
• Internet speed of at least 30 Mbps with backup connection and device.
