Commercial Lines Insurance Associate

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Commercial Lines Insurance Associate to support daily operations of business insurance accounts. You will communicate with clients, manage documentation, and ensure accurate processing of insurance requests.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client communications via calls and emails, gather information and provide timely follow‑ups.
• Assist in preparing commercial insurance quotes using carrier platforms.
• Support policy endorsements, renewals and updates, maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare and process Certificates of Insurance and ACORD forms.
• Coordinate lender and mortgage‑related insurance documentation.
• Respond to billing inquiries, liaise with carriers and follow up on outstanding issues.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organisational abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Dependable, proactive and eager to learn.
