Relocation Specialist – Remote US

About the role

The Relocation Specialist supports CB Realty Web Lead operations by managing web‑generated real estate leads and referrals from intake through resolution. This remote position ensures timely assignment, data accuracy, and exceptional service for agents, customers, and business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of web leads and referrals, maintaining systematic flow and database accuracy.
• Review, prioritize, route, and assign leads to appropriate agents, monitoring activity and resolving stalled or misrouted opportunities.
• Enter and validate referral data, identify process improvements, and leverage technology and AI tools for efficiency.
• Maintain regular communication with Web Lead Directors, support agents and customers, and handle issue resolution.
• Monitor communications, follow up on open items, and track operational workflow across multiple systems.
• Ensure contract and closing documentation accuracy, conduct data audits, and generate performance reports.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in a customer‑centric environment with administrative duties.
• One or more years of experience in relocation or real estate (preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure, strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts covering various time zones and weekends as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent data entry abilities with strong attention to detail.
