Relationship Banker – Yorktowne Branch

About the role

As a Relationship Banker you will act as a trusted advisor, building long‑lasting relationships by understanding customers’ financial needs and goals. You will provide tailored banking, lending and investment solutions while delivering exceptional service both in‑branch and through digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by cross‑selling banking products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand and meet their financial needs.
• Prospect new customers through networking, referrals, lead calling and community engagement.
• Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with team members to meet branch goals and support nearby locations as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience selling products in an incentive‑based environment or 12+ months of retail banking sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sales and cross‑selling targets.
• Strong relationship‑building and customer‑service skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a professional and trustworthy demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfort using digital banking tools and other technology platforms.
• Basic computer and math skills.

• Base salary range from $38,250 to $61,000 per year.
