About the role
The Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse to work in a surgical environment, providing patient care from admission through discharge. The position involves a day/night rotation and may be assigned to one of several operative units.
Key responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in an operative setting for patients undergoing surgical or invasive procedures.
- Perform scrub and circulating functions, preparing the OR, instruments, and equipment for use.
Required profile
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, BSN).
- Current state RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- One year of RN experience or completion of Cleveland Clinic’s Perioperative Residency Program.
Required skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (required within six months of hire).
