About the role

Westminster Nursing and Rehab is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high‑quality patient care in a post‑acute setting. You will lead a team, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster strong relationships with staff, patients, and families.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care while setting a positive example for the team.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ensure accurate documentation.
• Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and families to build strong relationships.
• Encourage staff development and offer guidance and support as needed.

Required profile

• Licensed Nurse in Maryland (MO).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Long‑Term Care or Skilled Nursing setting.
