About the role
Join a dynamic team as a Nursing Supervisor overseeing weekday operations. This full‑time position offers a $5,000 sign‑on bonus and competitive hourly pay. You will lead nursing staff to deliver high‑quality care for adult and geriatric patients.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise all nursing personnel and manage day‑to‑day clinical operations.
- Provide clinical oversight of the building, including off‑time hours.
- Ensure delivery of quality care for adult and geriatric populations.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse with a valid Maryland license.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a LTC/Skilled Nursing setting.
- Critical thinker, patient‑focused, and able to multitask.
