Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift 3x12s

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) to work night shifts on a 3x12 schedule (7 pm‑7 am) with every other weekend. The RN will provide high‑quality care to residents, collaborate with the care team, and ensure safe medication administration.

Key responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate and supervise staff to ensure proper implementation of patient care tasks.
• Communicate patient information across shifts and with families.
• Participate in performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and staff development.
• Assist in resident evacuation during emergencies.

Required profile

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state.
• Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrate teamwork, and handle interactions with residents, families, and agencies.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and facility guidelines.
• Leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Successful completion of background check, physical and drug screening.
