About the role

Hagerstown Healthcare Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated RN Charge Nurse to provide exceptional patient care while leading and supporting nursing staff. This position offers both full‑time and part‑time options.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Current RN license in Maryland.
• 6‑12 months of clinical experience, preferably in long‑term care.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to motivate staff.
