About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to lead patient care on the night shift at our Jeff Hwy unit. The RN will apply the nursing process, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high‑quality outcomes for patients receiving NIAS (PICC) services.

Key responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to deliver safe, evidence‑based patient care.
Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and staff.
Delegate, direct, and coordinate licensed and ancillary team members.
Analyze data and implement changes to improve patient outcomes.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing school (Bachelor’s preferred).
Current RN license in the state of practice.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
No prior work experience required.

Required skills

Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
