Regional Support Specialist (Orlando, FL)

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Support Specialist to join our Coldwell Banker team in Orlando. The RSS serves as the central hub for agents, branch leaders and marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth daily operations and strategic support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide white‑glove service to agents and clients, assist with technology, processes and operational questions, and manage office social media accounts on demand.
• Support branch leadership by coordinating events, preparing promotional materials, assisting with new‑agent onboarding, recognition programs and recruitment activities.
• Maintain office organization by greeting visitors, overseeing facilities and IT issues, managing supplies and mail distribution.

Required profile

• Two or more years of customer‑service experience, preferably in a real‑estate office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer‑focused, delivery‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask, adjust priorities quickly and travel to additional regional offices as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Experience using Windows, macOS and mobile operating systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
