About the role
The Escrow Officer Regional serves as the essential link between buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders throughout the home‑ownership process. You will manage contracts from inception to closing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Review contracts, verify titles, and ensure taxes are paid.
- Coordinate with agents, lenders, underwriters, and surveyors to keep transactions moving.
- Maintain detailed paperwork and guarantee error‑free closings.
- Build and nurture relationships with industry partners to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Provide white‑glove service to agents and buyers, including presence at closings.
- Train and mentor escrow assistants, delegating tasks and auditing work.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of front‑ and back‑end escrow experience.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple contracts under deadline pressure.
- Customer‑focused attitude with empathy and professionalism.
