Listing Strategy Supervisor

About the role

Upstay is seeking a Listing Strategy Supervisor to oversee the launch and management of property listings across Guesty, OTAs and other short‑term rental platforms, working closely with Revenue, Marketing, Owner Experience and Guest Experience teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding operations for new listings, ensuring successful launches and coordination with other departments.
• Maintain health and optimisation of all listings, conduct regular audits and track OTA performance across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with finance on month‑end reporting, resolve fee/tax issues and research new OTA connections.
• Serve as primary contact for OTA account managers, manage compliance checks and update SOPs.
• Explore AI tools to improve reporting and processes, train new employees and lead departmental projects.

Required profile

• 2+ years of management experience in hotel rooms division or short‑term rental field.
• College diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in hospitality or business management.
• Self‑motivated, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and flexible to work weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with Guesty (highly preferred).
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office, Google Drive and Slack.
• Familiarity with Airbnb and Booking.com platforms.
