Regional Support Specialist

About the role

Join the Coldwell Banker team as a Regional Support Specialist, providing essential support to agents, branch leaders, and marketing initiatives. Based in the Calabasas office, you will act as the hub for operational, technology, and marketing assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver white‑glove service to agents and clients, coordinate office systems, and assist with scheduling.
• Support agents with technology, processes, and basic social‑media marketing, managing office social accounts on demand.
• Promote a collaborative office culture, coordinate onboarding, and facilitate training on tools such as MoxiWorks, Prospect Square, and Listing Concierge.
• Assist branch leadership with events, promotional items, sales meetings, agent recognition, and recruitment activities.
• Maintain office organization, greet visitors, manage supplies, and liaise with facilities and IT partners.

Required profile

• At least two years of customer‑service experience, preferably in a real‑estate environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask, adjust priorities quickly, and travel to regional offices as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social‑media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) for marketing purposes.
• Comfort with PCs, Macs, mobile platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using real‑estate technology tools such as MoxiWorks, Prospect Square, and Listing Concierge.
