About the role

You will be the essential link that keeps real‑estate transactions moving smoothly, supporting the closing representative and coordinating with agents, buyers, sellers, lawyers, lenders, and surveyors. Your meticulous handling of documentation ensures closings are completed on time and with minimal stress.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding assistance to the closing representative, delivering white‑glove service to retain business.
• Prepare loan documents for signing, present them to parties, and return completed documents to lenders while tracking funding conditions.
• Review purchase contracts for completeness, request missing information, and perform preliminary audits to clear titles.
• Prepare estimated closing statements for officer review.
• Maintain accurate files, record documentation, issue post‑closing checks, and transmit final documents to lenders.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals to position the company as the preferred escrow processor.
