Regional Sales Manager – HVAC (Phoenix, Denver, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas)

About the role

Bosch is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead residential HVAC sales across the Phoenix, Denver, Salt Lake City, and Las Vegas markets. You will work through plumbing and HVAC wholesale distribution channels, managing manufacturer‑rep agencies and expanding Bosch’s market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan and market development strategy for the Bosch HVAC portfolio.
• Manage relationships with wholesale distributors, manufacturer reps, contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Conduct sales calls at distributor branches and with salesmen to promote products to contractors, builders, architects, and engineers.
• Provide sales, training, and operational support to all Bosch Home Comfort wholesale accounts and reps in the region.
• Maintain pricing fundamentals, marketing programs, and coordinate trade‑show participation.
• Travel up to 80% of the time, with a home‑office base for the remaining 20%.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years proven experience selling technology‑based products in a B2B environment.
• 5+ years experience calling on contractors with strong industry knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to grow an account base and achieve year‑over‑year sales growth.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
