Regional Sales Manager – Coronary Image Guided Therapy (Gulf Coast)

About the role

You have the opportunity to lead sales performance and growth across multiple territories for Philips IGT‑D, setting success criteria, providing leadership, forecasting, analyzing, reporting and maintaining budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual sales plans, strategies, and tactics for the Gulf Coast region to strengthen Philips IGT‑D competitive position.
• Coordinate with business leaders to create realistic sales objectives aligned with overall company goals.
• Analyze market and customer trends, adjust plans, and execute the sales plan to meet revenue and pricing targets.
• Manage time in the field with sales employees, focusing on strategic challenges and opportunities.
• Provide leadership, forecasting, reporting, and budget oversight to drive sales performance.

Required profile

• 7+ years of sales experience, at least 5 years in the medical industry.
• 2+ years of supervisory or project leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of sales growth and new‑business development.
• Strategic thinker comfortable in evolving environments and able to give direct, results‑oriented feedback.
