Regional Sales Director – Southeast US

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Director to drive growth across the foodservice channel in the Southeast United States. The role will lead strategic initiatives for IQF fruits, vegetables, frozen FMCG products and related categories, reporting to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies targeting broadline distributors, chain accounts, QSRs, multi‑unit operators and industrial customers.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with category managers, procurement teams, supply‑chain leaders and corporate chefs.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand existing account penetration and lead RFPs, RFQs, category reviews and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with sourcing, procurement, logistics, QA and operations to create customized customer solutions.
• Provide market intelligence on commodity trends, supply‑chain risks, pricing fluctuations and customer purchasing behavior.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences.

Required profile

• 10+ years of foodservice sales experience in frozen foods, IQF fruits & vegetables or FMCG categories.
• Strong relationships with major broadline distributors and proven success with national or regional chain accounts.
• Experience developing business with multi‑location operators and corporate purchasing organizations.
• Understanding of cold‑chain logistics and frozen‑food supply chains.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to sell value‑added supply‑chain solutions.
