Assistant Store Manager (Full-Time)

About the role

Pacsun is looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering an engaging, customer‑focused retail experience. This full‑time position involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring the store meets its performance targets while embodying Pacsun’s brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized store and stockroom to create a safe and inviting environment for customers and team members.
• Handle customer inquiries and issues in line with company policies, aiming for positive resolutions.
• Act as floor supervisor during non‑peak periods, covering breaks and ensuring continuous coverage.
• Coach and provide feedback to sales associates, recognizing outstanding performance and fostering engagement.
• Enforce all store policies, procedures, and safety programs.
• Support visual merchandising standards and ensure merchandise flow, presentation, and stockroom organization.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to leadership to improve the overall experience.
