Regional Sales Director, Enterprise

About the role

Omni is seeking a Regional Sales Director, Enterprise to lead a high‑growth team that targets mid‑market customers (501‑5,000 employees). The role blends top‑tier sales execution with coaching and operational scaling, driving predictable revenue for the AI‑powered analytics platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own enterprise new‑business and expansion targets, maintain accurate forecasting and healthy pipeline.
• Execute go‑to‑market initiatives and personally support high‑impact strategic deals to ensure closure.
• Drive disciplined CRM usage and data‑driven decision‑making to optimize sales performance.
• Recruit, lead, and coach a team of Account Executives to exceed KPIs and foster a culture of accountability.
• Partner with Marketing for pipeline generation, with Product for market insights, and with Customer Success for seamless handoffs.
• Refine internal processes to improve efficiency across the commercial segment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years leading enterprise teams.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets in SaaS environments.
• Experience in BI, data analytics or ETL platforms is strongly preferred.
• High agency and comfort driving results in fast‑paced Series A‑D companies.
• Willingness to be based in Chicago, Austin, New York City, or Boston.
