Regional Property Manager

About the role

The Regional Property Manager oversees performance and profitability of a portfolio of properties within a designated region, developing strategies to ensure tenant satisfaction and optimize financial returns.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect properties, review financial and operational reports, and implement action plans to meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with community managers and regional support services to improve asset and team performance.
• Manage budgets, prepare performance reports, and present metrics to ownership and senior management.
• Foster tenant relationships, implement retention programs, and ensure optimal occupancy through targeted leasing efforts.
• Oversee maintenance programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement preventative maintenance plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing diverse properties.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and knowledge of real estate laws and market trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi and/or Real Page).
• Experience using word processing, spreadsheet, and database management applications.

• Salary range $120,000 - $130,000 per year.
