Regenerative Surgical Specialist - Central PA

About the role

The Regenerative Surgical Specialist works closely with hospitals and clinics across Central Pennsylvania, building new accounts while nurturing existing relationships. Reporting to the Regional Business Director, the specialist drives adoption of Kerecis regenerative products in operating rooms and surgical settings.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with surgeons, operating rooms, and clinics to sell Kerecis SurgiClose, SurgiBind, and GraftGuide to burn and other applicable accounts.
• Achieve revenue targets by expanding within GPOs, acquiring new accounts, and deepening penetration in existing accounts.
• Conduct in‑services and education sessions for purchasing and OR staff.
• Report sales activity and forecasts using Pipedrive and other Kerecis planning tools.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the Kerecis CRM system and educate clients on product reimbursement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business, science, or medical field.
• 5+ years of medical sales experience, preferably selling to operating rooms.
• Proven track record of developing new hospital business and closing large‑scale contracts.
• High‑energy, results‑oriented, able to work in a fast‑paced multinational environment.
• Self‑motivated with strong strategic, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
