Scheduling Coordinator – ABA Client Service

About the role

The ABA Client Service Coordinator (CSC) supports the Harrisburg clinic by handling administrative, patient, and compliance tasks that keep the site running smoothly. This full‑time, onsite position ensures patients receive timely services and that clinic operations run efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient intake, eligibility verification, and schedule changes.
• Maintain patient profiles, documentation, consents, and audits within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Serve as the primary contact for patient inquiries, call‑outs, and benefit questions.
• Coordinate authorizations, payor accounts, and insurance documentation for billing.
• Support daily clinic operations, including front‑desk duties, visitor documentation, and staff break scheduling.
• Track site metrics such as cancellations and unstaffed hours, and assist with community outreach events.
• Prepare onboarding materials for new hires and create employee profiles in the EHR.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients, providers, and internal teams.
• Experience in healthcare or ABA settings is preferred.
• Comfort with handling confidential patient information and compliance requirements.
