Lead Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

About the role

Join NeurAbilities Healthcare in Harrisburg, PA as a Lead Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst. In this full‑time position you will lead behavior assessment efforts, design individualized intervention plans, and mentor a growing team of BCBAs and behavior clinicians.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial and follow‑up behavior assessments for patients.
• Develop and write comprehensive behavior assessment reports and treatment plans.
• Provide consultation and training to parents, school personnel, and therapeutic support staff.
• Support supervisors in mentoring and training new BCBAs/BCs, including competency checklists and orientation.
• Maintain a reduced caseload while overseeing supervisees and clinic census.
• Participate in clinic activities and interdisciplinary collaboration as assigned.

Required profile

• Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
• Proven experience conducting behavior assessments and creating individualized intervention plans.
• Ability to mentor, train, and support new BCBAs and behavior clinicians.
