Recruiting Manager (Technology)

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Recruiting Manager (Technology) in Houston West, Texas. The role combines business development with the recruitment of technology professionals for full-time positions with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities
• Promote the firm's services through video, telephone and in-person meetings with new and existing clients
• Recruit, evaluate and place technology professionals in full-time positions with clients
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
• Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
• Take part in industry trade associations to strengthen the firm's presence in the local community

Required profile

• A computer science or information systems-related degree preferred
• More than 2 years of experience in an IT-related field and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience
• Proven track record of success, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency
• Ability to use technology experience to manage and grow the business
